Brand videos

A brand video is the longer piece that tells people who you are and why you do what you do. It lives on your website, plays in your reception, goes into an awards entry or opens a pitch, and it does the explaining so you don’t have to.

What we make

Most brand videos are somewhere between two and five minutes, built from interviews, footage of the real place and the real people, and sometimes animation or archive material where that tells the story better. We look after the whole thing, from the first conversation about what you want people to feel to the final sound mix.

We’ve made them for charities, bus operators, colleges and universities, councils, manufacturers and research companies, and quite a few have gone on to be cut down for social and advertising as well, so one production does several jobs.

A few examples

Here are some we’re proud of. The Children’s Heart Unit Fund video was shot a few metres from open heart surgery on a child, which is something that stays with you, and gave us the chance to work with Ant and Dec, who were lovely and real pros.

Children’s Heart Unit Fund: fundraising video, featuring Ant and Dec.

Voltra: launching the Go Group’s fully electric bus fleet, the first in the region.

Credit Services Association: the #heretohelp campaign, giving people in debt the confidence to speak up.

Bradford College: an induction video using real students and teachers, now part of every new intake.

University of Bolton: campus life, with a backing track mixed to tie in with their radio campaign. Agency: Global.

Arbeia Roman Fort: interviews, animation and archive footage, played on site to thousands of visitors a year.

SimplyTrak: explaining a runway safety system to airports in the UK and worldwide. Agency: Forward & Thinking.

Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation: crews on opposite sides of the globe, brought together by us. Directed and project managed by Sticky Ideas & Advertising.

Got a story to tell?

Tell us who it’s for and where it’ll be seen, and we’ll give you an honest view on the best way to make it.
